RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS on OPEN EDITION PRINTS:

Since all open edition prints are custom made we must make all sales are FINAL. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

If your print is defective or damaged upon receipt we will have it reprinted and a new one shipped to you. Please contact us immediately upon receipt of a damaged or defective print and no later than two business days, so we can get your print reshipped to you. RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS on ORIGINAL ART and LIMITED EDITIONS PRINTS:

If you are unhappy with your original artwork or limited edition print please contact us within two business days of receipt. We will arrange with you to exchange the piece for another work of art. No refunds are given, only exchanges. The piece must be returned to us in the orginal packaging and in perfect condition. Exchanges of damaged pieces will not be accepted.   Call us at 720-421-4020 or email:  info@artemesiagalerie.com to arrange your exchange.

We do our utmost to ensure that your artworks are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination. If your artworks arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us with your order number for further instructions. If there is any other problem with your order please notify us immediately and not more than two business days at 720-421-4020 or email:  info@artemesiagalerie.com

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?  

Please contact  info@artemesiagalerie.com or 720-421-4020 as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order, but if your print has already been produced or original artwork already shipped we will not be able to cancel your order.
