Sarah Larsen is a fine artist, licensed therapist, holistic practitioner, teacher, and wellness coach. Her practices place a special emphasis on helping others live in the here and now with mindfulness-based practices such as energy healing, meditation, dialectical behavioral therapy, and expressive art therapy. 

A self taught artist, Sarah channels her artistic expression intuitively with her romantic, sinewy, meticulous aesthetic. Sarah's work has a natural and organic element as each piece reflects one another, mirroring nature's delicate movement and beautiful intricacies. Each art piece, such as all life, is imbued with love and light. Sarah maintains that it's the journey of creation that keeps her yearning for more.  Her art is but a joyful result of her process. 

Sarah's work was recently published in the March 2021 CandyFloss Art & Lifestyle magazine, "Feel Good Issue." Her piece, "Life," was selected for the 2021 National Annual Juried Exhibition bu the curator of contemporary art at the Delaware Museum of Art and was displayed at Delaplaine Arts Center in the DC metro area. Her works have been on display at multiple art galleries in Denver, Omaha, Baltimore, and most recently on exhibit alongside original works from Andy Warhol and Kieth Haring in SoHo NYC. Sarah is also contracted with Areza, Inc, as a promoted artist worldwide.
